What to do with Lavendar
Lavendar is a wonderful and easy herb to grow. In my garden I grow several different varieties, and it is going crazy. I am ok with it because it has such a great scent, in addition to its medicinal qualities I just can't get enough of the pretty plant. Anyway, while surfing the net this afternoon, I stumble across a recipe for Lavendar Cookies. I'll be sure to try them and let you know what I think. Here is the recipe, if you get adventurous and decide to make them, let me know how they turned out and what you think - take a photo too and send it to me, I would love to see what the cookies look like when baked. Oh, and that photo posted above-it is Provence, not my back yard...
