The competition is heating up and the word is out on the street about the 1st inaugural Iron Chef  Cook-Off to be held on April 2 starting at 6:30 p.m.

Where? The Copper Fish Restaurant in Cape May. I know I am a bit partial to this restaurant, but I just think they are one of the best in the Cape May City - always serving consistently good food.

The challenge is 4 well known area chefs, 4 courses, 1 mystery ingredient. The price is $35. Guess who one of the judges will be?

All are invited to cheer on contestants, but reservations should be made. Last weeks crowd at chef demo night was the largest I have ever seen (around 20), so be sure to make your reservations, this night is catching on and is a lot of fun.
