Curious about what some of the finest Cape May County Restaurants have to offer?
Look no further. You have till Friday to pick up your ticket for the gala event and fundraiser "Feasting on History" held at the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum, Cape May Airport, Rio Grande on Tuesday, May 6th at 6 p.m.. It's a very cool spot to go to - the back drop for the evening is filled with more local aviation history that will surely set you back to a different time. Not only will you get a chance to meet some really interesting folks, you'll have the opportunity to catch up on Cape May County's history under the roof of an old plane hanger.
This year, over 45 of Cape May County’s best restaurants (including a few of my favs) are donating gourmet food, signature dishes and desserts. You'll enjoy a variety of wine from several different regions. Steve Steiner from Surflight Theatre in Beach Haven will be the featured entertainment. Sturdy Savings Bank is the presenting sponsor for this event.
Tickets for this popular event are $70 per person. Please purchase tickets in advance, as there will be no ticket sales that evening. Proceeds benefit the Historic Cold Spring Village Foundation.
